```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the facility maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and preventative maintenance
- Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and repairs
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facilities management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, schematics, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
